As the first dye-free formula in the market, Colace® Clear is a stool softener capsule ideal for colonoscopy preparations as well as treating occasional constipation. It also helps with occasional constipation associated with certain medical conditions.

Indications/Description:
- Dye-free and lower strength formulation that softens hard, painful stool.
- Stimulant-free for gentle, comfortable relief of occasional constipation.
- Generally, produces bowel movement in 12 to 72 hours.
Directions for use:
- For adults and children 12 years and over: 1 or 2 capsules once or twice per day. Do not exceed 4 capsules in 24 hours.
- For children between 6 to 11 years: 1 capsule per day. No more than 1 capsule in 24 hours.
Warnings/Precautions:
- Always drink at least one full glass of water when taking Colace® Clear Capsules.
- Never take more than the recommended dose.
Storage:
Store between 15°C and 25°C. Keep out of reach of children.

COLACE® GLYCERIN SUPPOSITORIES
Providing gentle, fast-acting relief of occasional constipation for adults and children, Colace® Glycerin Suppositories are easy to use and often work in as little as 15 to 30 minutes. It works by dissolving inside the rectum lubricating, irritating and softening faecal matter.

- For infants & children: 1440 mg of Glycerin in each suppository.
- For adults: 2600 mg of Glycerin in each suppository.

- For infants & children: 12 suppositories

Ingredients:
Medicinal ingredient: Glycerin.
Non-medicinal ingredient: Sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, stearic acid.
Indications/Description:
- Gentle, fast acting relief of occasional constipation.
- Often works in as little as 15 to 30 minutes.
- Works by dissolving inside the rectum lubricating, and irritating and softening fecal matter.
- Prevents haemorrhoids, which is typically caused by straining during difficult bowel movement.
Directions for use:
- Remove suppository from wrapper.
- Insert suppository into rectum and allow to remain for 15 to 30 minutes.
- Use bathroom immediately when you feel the urge to have a bowel movement.
- It is not necessary for the suppository to melt to be effective.
- Use one suppository per day.
Warnings/Precautions:
- Intended for rectal use only. Do not consume orally.
- Do not use if you have abdominal pain, nausea, fever or vomiting.
- Do not use for more than 1 week unless advised by a physician.
- Use suppositories only at home as a bowel movement can occur immediately in some cases.
- Even if rectum feels dry, do not use petroleum jelly or other lubricants. This interferes with the absorption of the medication.
Storage:
Store between 15°C and 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.

COLACE® STOOL SOFTENER
Colace® Stool Softener treats occasional constipation, including constipation associated with certain medical conditions. It is stimulant-free to provide safe, gentle, comfortable, and effective relief, generally producing bowel movements in 12 to 72 hours.

Non-active ingredients: Citric Acid, Methylparaben, PEG-400, Poloxamer 188, Propylene Glycol, Propylparaben, Red 33, Sodium citrate, Vanillin, Water.
Syrup:
Active ingredients: Docusate sodium (4 mg / mL).
Non-active ingredients: Citric Acid Anhydrous, D&C Red No. 33, FD&C Red No. 40, Ethyl Alcohol, Menthol, Methylparaben, Orange Flavour, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Essential Oil, PEG-400, Poloxamer 188, Propylparaben, Purified Water, Sodium Citrate Dihydrate, Sucrose.
Indications/Description:
- Contains a medication called docusate sodium.
- Softens stool for easier, more comfortable bowel movements.
- Alleviates the need to strain during bowel movements.
- Typically produces a bowel movement within 12 to 72 hours.
- Improves the frequency of bowel movements.
Directions for use:
Drops:
- Add drops to one-half glass (120 mL) of milk or fruit juice. Use only the measuring device provided.
- For adults and children 12 years of age and older: Take 10 to 20 mL one to two times per day with a half glass of milk or fruit juice. Do so until bowel movements are normal. Do not take more than 48 mL.
- For children 6 to 11 years of age: Take 5 mL one to two times a day with half glass of milk or fruit juice. Do so until bowel movements are normal. Do not take more than 15 mL.
Syrup:
- Use only measuring device provided.
- For adults and children 12 years of age and older: Take 20 mL one to two times a day with a half glass of milk or juice. Do so until bowel movements are normal. Do not take more than 120 mL.
- For children 6 to 11 years of age: Take 15 mL one to two times a day with half a glass of milk or fruit juice. Do so until bowel movements are normal. Do not take more than 37.5 mL.
Warnings/Precautions:
- When using, drink lots of fluids (one full glass or more).
- Do not use if you have abdominal pain, nausea, fever, or vomiting.
- Do not use if you are on a low salt diet.
- Do not use with other medicines or if you are taking mineral oil.
- Avoid using any stool softening or laxative products for more than 7 days.
Storage:
Store between 15°C and 25°C. Keep package upright and sealed tight. Keep out of reach of children.

Indications/Description:
- Contains docusate sodium and a natural laxative known as standardised senna.
- Gentle stimulation of the intestines to improve bowel movement and promote good digestive health.
- Reduces discomfort associated with constipation and hardened stool.
- Reliable relief from occasional constipation in 6 to 12 hours.
Directions for use:
- Drink increased fluids of one full glass or more.
- For adults and children 12 years of age and older: Take 1 to 2 tablets at bedtime. Do not take more than 7 tablets in 24 hours.
Warnings/Precautions:
- Do not use if you have abdominal pain, nausea, fever, vomiting, appendicitis, blocked intestine, inflamed bowl, Crohn’s disease or bowel ulcer gastrointestinal tract.
- Do not use if severely dehydrated.
- Do not use within 2 hours of other medicines or if you are taking mineral oil.
- Do not use if you are on a low salt diet.
- Avoid using any stool softening or laxative products for more than 7 days.
- Stop use and ask a doctor if rectal bleeding occurs.
